Reviewer profile guidelines
Efficient organization of a conference requires performing valuable reviews of the articles. A wide range of reviewers will help to keep on improving the scientific level of the conference.
Why should regular participants of the conference register also as reviewers?
To encourage regular participants to prepare several reviews of conference articles, we offer a 50 EUR discount for the conference fee. Check the conditions below.
Who can be a reviewer?
The reviewer can be a person with at least a doctoral degree or with documented extensive scientific achievements in the applied thematic area. To propose your candidacy as a reviewer, complete the form in the 'reviewer profile' by selecting an area of interest. Optionally you can also add a brief bio.
Who cannot be a reviewer?
Young scientists, early-stage researchers, PhD students without scientific achievements cannot be a reviewer.
How to get the reviewer discount?
Prepare at least two valuable reviews of conference articles within 10 days from the review invitation. The discount is possible only for regular participants.
What are the benefits of being a reviewer?
You can contribute to science, gain a valuable experience provided by reviewing process and have an influence on the conference’s academic community. You can receive a certificate for being a reviewer. Your name can be visible on the reviewer list in the proceedings and on the website if you check this option in the survey at the conference system. You can receive a discount for the conference.
Does the reviewer receive a certificate related to the conference?
Yes. Certificates will be granted for all reviewers.
Can I be a reviewer of the conference without attending it?
Yes, we appreciate each scientific impact from your side. You can register in the system and be our reviewer as long as you have at least a doctoral degree or you have a proven expertise in a particular subject area.
Can I receive a remuneration for performing the review?
No. The reviewer cannot receive any additional remuneration.
